Can't comment about the game because I haven't used it but forget about buying this as a gift for someone else. I need to login to my Amazon account before I can download it. So, now I'll need to go round to my brother's house in the USA some 3,000 miles away, login to Amazon as me on his Mac, and download the game for him to use.

Really moronic in this day and age.

When you consider that this is a 2011 game the graphics are surprisingly good and you do get immersed in the 3D floating world. My main problem is how repetitive the game is. You go looking for one person, find them, normally kill them and then go looking for another, sometimes through the same scenery you have just been through and though it's a fascinating tour round this world it does get tedious. The plot is also rather confusing with so many major adversaries who are after our heroes (and I don't mean the canon fodder) that one doesn't really care. I've got to chapter 20 of 39 and am getting rather bored. Maybe after a long rest I'll get back into this lavish world again. On my MacBook Pro (El Capitan) the controls are the trackpad (or mouse) and pressing the appropriate keys which is fiddly at times but the hero doesn't get killed easily so its not too bad. Loved the monorail transport. It's not as depressing as the original Bioshock and is quite beautiful at times. All in all a good game but needed a better plot and variation in the action.
