Bought this as was interested in the concept. Oh boy am I confused!!! I just want to know when the best time is to plant, sow seeds etc not all the rest of the info that quite frankly has me completely stumped!! Maybe its just me but if you are interested in bio dynamics purely for improving yields then this book is confusing and complicated. I just wanted the diary to tell me what to do and when- not the ins and outs of a duck's - well you know what I mean!!!

I found little of use in this book, it jumped in into too much detail from the start. Wish I'd bought a book written for gardeners who wish to follow the moon in plain english rather than being aimed at academics. As for the moon position maps at the end of the book, didn't make any sense from them at all. The text describing them was a few lines line, an example or two on how to read them would be nice.
