An enchanting romantic story set in the business world of big corporations and financial deals, but when true love enters the mix the Heart must priority over everything else for one to function properly. Sometimes if we don't tell each other how we feel it causes all sorts of snags in a relationship, as what happened between Lizette and Jon. Thankfully they got the message in time for a happy conclusion. Pleasant read.

Enjoyable story!

Lizette is a hardworking accountant, who hides her beauty and personality under a tight bun and stark office clothes. She's caring about the community and the people in her lives, and passionate about her job.

Jon is a brilliant businessman, who's worked hard for his success and is motivated by the loss of his father. He likes to keep out of the public eye and has little time for personal relationships.

For different reasons, they are forced to attend a charity evening, where they literally collide. Their chemistry is undeniable and so begins a tentative relationship, where Lizette seems to be constantly running away from Jon's high-handedness.

Overall, a decent, lighthearted and sexy debut, and plan to read more from this author.

What a great read this book is about Lizette Burke an accountant for One Chance not-for-profit agency and Jon Vinchi who is CEO billionaire of a medical engineering company.
I loved that Jon was willing to do what he needed to do for Lizette even though he's a stupid man who thinks women are mind readers and doesn't tell her what he feels for her, and Lizette and takes everything on her shoulders and into her heart but they both find each other regardless, I'd love to get to know that he rest of the characters and what is in store for them

The Billionaires Secret - tells the romantic of Lizette an accountant for a charity organisation and that of Billionaire Jon – from their chance meeting at a charity event Lizette attends in place of her boss – they are happy socialising at the event, and all goes well, until she realises that Jon is a billionaire a fact he failed to disclose to her during their conversations – as she departs the event she hears her name called out highlighting to her that she has just won the prize of the night – a date with Jon. The plot moves on from there, with several twists and turns throughout the initial stages of their relationship. A nice harmless read

Really disappointed with the ending. No, more outraged really! A reasonably well written story spoiled by the indecent bribery/blackmail/slash pimping out of an employee. Couldn't you have given her a backbone?

A fun, lighthearted love story. This book has lovely characters and is an ideal holiday read. I will definitely read the next book and hope that there is more banter between the four friends as we've begun to see snippets and i just think its going to get better as each book is written.

I hate this book, I hate the male lead. I was literally reading the end with a horrified look of disgust on my face when she accepted his proposal.

SERIOUS SPOILERS BELOW - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....

So, a short list of the things I have a problem with in this book. There are more.

Where it all starts going wrong for me.
After a one-night passion type of deal, the 'heroine' goes home thinking she won't see the male lead again. Then this guy blackmails her to move to the city, by making a deal with her boss to relocate her. As another reviewer says she basically pimps out her employee. A guilt trip, really, or the company is in peril and, yawn, 'people will suffer' and so she's pathetically wet and noble and reluctantly goes along with it like a doormat. She's understandably mad about being strongarmed into relocating and decides she's going to be business only with him from now on. No romance. Nope.

He sets her up in an apartment without consulting her. She's mad. She loses her short-term memory in an accident on her first day at work and he tells staff at the hospital they are engaged so he can get information. Now, if we've learned nothing else from Sandra Bullock, we've learned that that is always a bad idea. Always. I was hoping a hotter, nicer brother would turn up in the book, but no such luck.

He takes her home to his place, to where he's unilaterally MOVED ALL HER STUFF, again without permission. So he has a key to her apartment? Geez...
He takes advantage of her by having sex with her while she's suffering from memory loss and believing his lies, she thinks she's making love to her fiance in their apartment. What a creep.

Freebie, which I totally enjoyed. Men never seem to get it right and say the things the woman wants to here, but with the right amount of prodding in the right direction they get there in the end. Loved the story about Lizette and Jon.
