This is a really brilliant book. I've read alll the other ones and ! love them!!!
I recommend this story to both adults and children age 9 and up.

PS: I think you should read 1# and 2# first, though because the fairy business will make sense then. ; )

5.0 out of 5 stars "A Wonderful Exciting Fun Series for Young Adult Girls" 8 Oct. 2013

After reading Fairylicious #1 and #2, you have to know I'm hooked on this wonderful series of adventure, growing up, and getting along with people. Oh, and of course, having to protect good fairies which is the mission of Bex Carter in this story. In "Delaney Joy: Fairy Exterminator" (#2), Delaney has found a way to kill evil fairies, but now we are back to Bex who is going to take on the "killer of fairies." But her friends Chirpy, Lily-Rose, and Marishca really are not interested in fairies any longer. Bex had given each one their own fairy, but they were all returned as the fairies caused just too many problems for them. Besides, they are a bit older now and feel they have grown too old to be concerned with fairies. They'd rather be finding boyfriends, going to dances, and wearing make-up. On a Sunday, Bex was working on a school project when her computer made a tinkling sound. Opening the lid, there is a fairy message from Maize, one of her fairy friends, saying help was desperately needed to stop Delaney McPherson from killing fairies. If she doesn't stop, fairies will no longer visit the real world, no more wishes will be granted, and no more Tooth Fairy visits. Bex has to come up with a plan, as Maize and the other fairies were counting on her. While puzzling out a solution, Nana is having some aging issues and Bex and her young sister, Reagan, have to move in with their least favorite Aunt Jeanie, and her three spoiled children. Aunt Jeanie attempts to help Bex grow up to be a young lady, rather than the sports-love tomboy which she is. There is a great, engaging story-line here to keep teens reading this humorous, exciting, fantasy series. There are strong teenage emotions growing in Bex which she has to recognize as she is growing into a teenager. The writing quality is superb and easy to read, the pace is vigorous. Again, I thoroughly enjoyed this story as others will, whether young or adult. The series has so many good lessons to offer young teens.
