Cole is the guitarist for the Renegade Saints and the band being on the farewell tour.

Cole has always been wary of falling in love, so he masks his feelings behind group sex no one on ones, you see Cole prefers it this way, it guards his heart for either male or female attention.

Suddenly when the director of their farewell tour Devon is introduced Cole can't fathom out why he's so attracted to her because he's never felt this way about any singular person before. He finds himself wanting to spend time with her without another, even in the bedroom.

Devon is mutually attracted to Cole and is even willing to be part of a threesome, but what will happen when she shows him how things can be, will Cole awaken to the sensation that sharing might not be an option when it comes to Devon.

Coles book shows sometimes you've got to take a chance on what feels right and finding your own happiness when you realise that what you always thought was impossible, is possible, with the right someone.

This is the 3rd book in the series and we have Cole's story.

Loss at such a young age can affect a person in so many ways. For Cole he doesn't tend to have relationships but goes for more of one night stands. His way is having more than one partner at the same time, he is also bisexual.

This all changes when he meets Devon, who is a force to be reckoned with, Cole is knocked sideways when it comes to her.

This was a good read, but I feel that some elements could of been explored a bit more for me.

Between Us by Ella Fox is the third book in her Renegade Saints series. This book ties into her Hart Family series, among others, and while it was not necessary to have read those books prior to reading the first book in this series, there are events in this book that can seem overwhelming and confusing if you have not read the other books. You get enough details to get you through the scenes but it would be better to have full knowledge of the events that took place. Either way you go, if you have the time and inclination, I do recommend you read each series, as a whole, in order.

This is the story of Cole Hayes and Devon Bannister. Another beautifully written story about breaking through emotional barriers and coming out the other side a better, stronger person. Cole and Flynn have been best friends since they were in diapers. They lived next door to each other, viewed each other as brothers. When Flynn's mom passes it is a devastating time for the young boys. Cole mourns for the woman who was a second mother to him AND for the loss his best friend is suffering. After witnessing the devastating toll the loss takes on FLynn's father Todd, Cole makes an unconscious decision to never allow one person to mean so much to him that it would devastate him that much. Thus begins the basis for his sexual proclivities of always being in a threesome, preferably m/f/m, that way no one connection ever develops too strongly.

This is where Devon comes into the picture. Hired as the director for the documentary the band is having done while they are on their farewell tour the chemistry is instantaneous. Neither one understands it and due to Cole's needs, he tries to pull the biographer Ian into the mix. Devon, however, isn't as on board with the sharing as Cole is.

Let me start by saying I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book!!

I am a huge massive Ella Fox fan her books are among my favourite books ever, but this book for me topped them all. This my favourite Ella book ever!!

Between us is book 3 in The Renegade Saints series. Its about Cole RS's guitarist. We have seen him in the previous books and how his relationship with Devon was starting and there was Ian to........Well Ella surprised me and took the book in a completely different direction, and I Loved it so much more than I would have if it went how I thought it would. I Loved how she surprised us and didn't do what we all thought.

Cola and Devon Holy s**t they seriously set the pages on fire, Cole OMG I am so in Love with this man. He has a filthy dirty mouth and the moves to back it up. He has met his match with Devon.
I loved watching their relationship develop. See Cole come undone by Devon even though he is trying to hold himself back. I never thought anyone would top Flynn Rand but Move over for Cole.

Ella's books just get better and better. don't miss out on this 5 star read about a Hot as Hades rockstar and his kick a** girl. Plus you get to see the other Renegade Saints and other characters from previous books.

This is book 3 in the renegade saints book series, with each continuing on from the last but focusing on a different couple. This time it's Cole and Devon.

From previous books we see how complicated a character Cole is and this book helps explain how he came to be that way. It's a slightly slower love journey for these two then it was for the couples in the previous books but makes sense when you look at Cole's insecurities in relationships. However this doesn't stop the story from being a highly addictive read.

Would recommend all the books in this series, including the other series 'hart' and I'm happily off now to read book 4.
