This book is one of the best I have ever purchased for general baking. The recipes are easy and if you are like me will have most of the ingredients to hand. The results never disappoint. I have never been able to ever make scones that rise and look like they should until I tried this book and now they come out of the oven standing tall, looking great and tasting even better. The Carrot Scones are amazing, especially warm.
