This is the only book from which I cooked every single recipe. Over and over again. Apart from easy, healthy and creative recipes, the book is a valuable guide to the basic healthy nutrition principles.
Added perk - The design Is lovely, my daughter spends hours looking at photos and identifying ingredients.
