Was looking for inspiration because I cook a lot with tinned fish, and this book provided it. Interesting recipes and really thorough approach, with (fish) substitutions suggested for each recipe and everything summed up in a table at the end. Some colour photos but not for every dish (doesn't bother me). Highly recommended - have bought one for my mum!

This book is such a great resource full of a wide variety of affordable, colourful and adventurous fish recipes. The ingredients are easy to find and keep in the cupboard. The recipes have great flavours, are appetising and healthy. Just what we needed to maintain our low cholesterol diet which was getting both expensive and repetitive.

Some really great recipes here. Made the up scale tuna casserole and it was the best we have ever had. Some of the recipes are appropriate for fresh seafood too and there is a great table of substitutions. Will be trying more recipes soon.
