Notably the bok contains well described recipes complemented with pictures of well prepared reproducible dishes.
However, there are some positive points to be highlighted for improvement of future editions of the book: especially it lacks indication on number of servings per recipe and the writer could also include a Bobotie, dish which we found to have links with South African-Malesian historical migrations.
This book fits with European sources of ingredients as some of the typical African ingredients can easily be substituted with local ingredients and yielding wonderful cuisine.
