Not comfortable and features missing. Poor value for money.

Not comfortable and features missing. Poor value for money.
Bag does have an H2O compartment for a water bladder. Bag does come with a rain cover. Shoulder straps are adjustable, but back padding is not. This bag is not comfortable to wear. I was expecting something better when shopping in this price range. I am very disappointed with the finish; one strap connected to the shoulder strap and the bag itself is twisted 720 degrees and is very uncomfortable near the lower chest/lung region. It cannot be twisted to its correct position.

I have nothing at all to complain when it came to speed of delivery of the product and easy of purchase.

I still havent tried out the backback in the field but it feels good even when packed. Only thing i can complain about is that the compression straps on the backback seems pretty small and there are no D-rings at all on the harness of the bag.

The padding on the shoulder straps looses shape after being used twice. Google this problem and you will find that a number of people have experienced the same problem. I recommended Berghaus to my son having used it myself over the years. However, the materials used to manufacture this sac are barely adequate. In light of this experience I will not purchase Berghaus again.

not impressed so much as yet. seems to be not very well balanced, and one of the plastic parts has already broken after the very first airtravel. on the good side - you can pack into it really a lot of stuff
