Brilliant Image Quality
LED back lighting offers significant advantages over the CCFL technology used in older LCD monitors. These advantages encompass not only performance metrics such as higher dynamic contrast and no light leakage, but also environmental factors, like a manufacturing process and disposal that produces fewer pollutants.
12M:1 Ultra High Dynamic Contrast for Depth and Definition
The GL2760H comes with an ultra-high dynamic contrast ratio of 12M:1 to add colour depth and definition to darkened and complex motion pictures, so that everything you see, from the brightest white to the darkest black, is perfectly rendered to deliver the clearest, smoothest picture performance during movies and video games.
Experience the truest colours of the world with BenQ's Senseye Human Vision Technology. With the help of its six proprietary calibration techniques, Senseye three delivers only the best viewing quality of its six pre-set viewing modes, VStandard, Movie, Games, Photo, sRGB and Eco-V with the Eco Mode especially designed to save power and money.

I paid less than £130 for this, Full HD monitor. VGA, DVI-D and HDMI connections.
There are other monitors smaller with similar specs for the same or more.
It's not the most fully featured monitor, but its Full HD resolution, 3 inputs is fine for the majority of users, me included.
The picture quality is quite good, but does need tuning, sharpness for example will make a huge difference if not set correctly and give the impression that this is a blurry monitor - some buyers have already noted this, but I suspect they have not tweaked the settings correctly and posted a review in anger.
I've had this monitor for a few weeks now and it is working as expected. The extra size means fonts are not too tiny to view and watching films and video is a better experience.
The colours are lifelike as well, not overly saturated and the refresh rate of the screen is good enough that I don't notice any lag or blurring. Compared to my older monitor, it doesn't not blur at all.
Very cheap, and definitely cheerful purchase.
Only one minor complaint, I have a dead pixel but it was just the one and was too close to the edge of the screen and so BenQ would not replace the monitor. But they did reply comprehensively with their dead pixel replacement policy. Any dead pixels have to be in the centre of the screen. If you divide the screen into thirds horizontally and vertically, they only consider replacement if the centre third portion has one dead pixel (or more). Or if a dead pixel does not appear in the centre, it has to have at least 5 dead pixels over any other sections.
This is the one I've purchased recently to solve the issue. It works well and does the job. Convenient. - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01J80CP0A/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_6
This is not a fault as far as I can tell, as the display works fine with a DVI input from the same graphics card. It is, however, a quirk of the display and since my graphics card is already driving a DVI only monitor as well I can't make the best use of the Benq display with my current graphics card.
I hope it will work long enough so that I can have it fully working some time in the future!
Update: The issue with the screen not displaying full size when used with HDMI lead from graphics card into HDMI input can be easily solved by using the Amazon Basics HDMI to DVI cable. I simply plugged the HDMI end into my graphics card and the DVI end into the display and then changed the settings on the display to 'DVI input' and it works a treat! So I am going to upgrade to 5* because I can't fault it now for my purposes.
