This DVD is a 50-minute non-stop workout consisting of bellydance movements. Amira is very motivating and has a pleasant personality. This workout tones the whole body from arms and hands to legs and feet including of course abs and core muscles. The workout is easy to follow and doing it is a great fun. In my opinion it is one of the best bellydance workout DVD. Perfect for beginners and not bad for relatively fit people. I would recommend it for all bellydance and fitness lovers. I personally enjoy it very much. This DVD also includes Amira's performances and a performance of her students.
