I found this book gave a plain and simple explanation of mindfulness and meditation. I have been exploring both and feel this book would have given me a clear idea of the basic principles from which to then seek out further knowledge. I would recommend this book to anyone who expressed an interest in the subject as it provides a good non- confusing starting point.
After reading the other reviews before reading this book I was interested to get started. From the first chapter I thought this book would be different from similar books that I have seen. Unfortunately, I was bored after the first chapter and realised that I would not be able to continue with this book and get anything from it.

This was a very good read. I enjoy the direct style and thought that is put into the writing. The book is written in such a manor as to be immediately useful as well as leaving room for ones own thoughts to take their own slight direction.
