This is a well written informative book. I would like to thank the author for helping me understand, what makes ME tick, in a way that does not require a degree. I was reluctant to put this book down until it was read. I now just have to process all this information and be the amazing person I was born to be. I hope the next book is out soon - look forward to reading remaining books. Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge.

Absolutely loved this book and read it in one sitting.
I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in human relations and would like a better understanding of why we do the things we do.
It is written with humour and a deep understanding of the theory of Transactional Analysis - making it easy to understand without having to have a background knowledge in psychotherapy.
I will definitely be recommending this book to my friends and colleagues and am looking forward to reading the next one.

A lot of thought provoking material crammed into an easily read book. I found it easy to understand the concepts and how they relate to me. I recognised some of my own unhelpful behaviour and have been able to accept (some of) it although I look forward to the next books to see what else I can do to make my life easier.
