I think it’s fair to say I fall into the category of yo-yo dieters, and it’s something I have been struggling with my whole life. I bought this book after deciding that it was finally time to change and I’m so glad I did. I really felt like the Author Byron Morrison had been through many of the challenges I have been facing and I could really relate to the personal stories he shared throughout. It’s so reassuring to know I’m not alone in feeling the way I have and since starting his programme I feel better than I ever have before. I’ve lost weight, my confidence is up and have a new found vigor. For the first time in my life I am looking forward to making healthy choices and becoming more active, rather than letting food and my emotions take control and define who I am.

This book is so refreshing. I truly believe Mr Morrison is not in this for the money, he genuinely knows how YOU are feeling, having been there himself. He is so very passionate about helping others and bringing about change in the mindset of people with regards to weight loss etc.. It is written in such a way that makes you say "Oh yeah, of course, that makes so much sense." It is totally different to any other 'self help' book on the market today. It is written honestly and has a no nonsense approach. If you want to change, then reading this will help you to help yourself see things from a different perspective, thus helping you identify where you perhaps need to make adjustments. The way I see it, your brain tells your body what to do. Only you can choose what to eat, how much you move etc. With this book, it is like a good friend being honest and giving you sound advice and support without cutting out your favourite foods to lose weight. I am only half way through,but wanted to write this now as everyone should have a copy! It will be the best purchase you ever make.

Every other Monday I seem to be starting another diet and I honestly can’t even remember how long I’ve been doing it for. I bought this book fed up of how I looked and felt, and determined that it was time for a lifestyle change. I love how everything in this is so simple, there’s no pressure and I’ve been able to do it all at my own pace, fitting around my hectic routine. For the first time I finally have the confidence that I can and will keep the weight off, and since starting this programme I have already lost 11 pounds and counting! I’m also sleeping better, thinking clearer and have more energy than ever, which has made me for more motivated and determined that I can and will do this.

Bought this book as did 7 day no added sugar challenge online with Byron which was really useful. Decided I need to change my relationship with food and as Byron is so inspiring decided to get his book. Really good read and so motivating. I know it will take time to change as I am in my fifties but with his encouraging posts on his facebook tailoredlifestyles.co.uk I am determined to do it.

I’ve never really been able to find the right balance,
and with how demanding my job is I’ve been finding myself going in a vicious cycle of eating huge amounts of sugar,
then crash dieting to try and lose the weight. This year I was determined to break this trend so decided to give this book a go and
I’m so glad I did! I never realized how much my job was affecting how I viewed and used food and I am now far more self-aware about what I am doing.
I’m a few weeks in and feel like a completely different person, my energy levels are up,
sleeps improved and I am no longer fighting a constant battle between myself and the biscuit tin every afternoon!

This book really opened my eyes to so many of the mistakes I have been making over the years. Every other month it seemed like I was jumping from one diet to another and I was always stressed out by my perceived lack of time. It was a huge help breaking everything down into small steps and as someone who has never really been active, I feel like for the first time I have the confidence to give it a go. I learnt so much about not only health, but also who I am and I’m finally ready to start changing my life for the better. I highly recommend this book for anyone who needs that push to get started.
