About the Author
Kevin Price has spent most of his working life in the construction industry. He found that writing poetry helped him to cope with the sudden loss of his daughter, Maisie, in 2009 and soon afterwards he turned to writing rhyming children's stories. The first of these to be published was 'The Beauty Contest at the Zoo' in late 2010 and this has been followed by 'The Silly Solar System', new for 2011. Kevin lives in Norwich with his partner Andrea and son Albert.

Brilliantly funny and beautifully illustrated. I enjoy reading it as much as my daughter enjoys listening to it. Have just purchased the rest of the collection now!Published 15 months ago by Amazon Customer

I bought this for niece and she loved it. I also bought one for myself as the girl it was dedicated to was a friend of my sons and was really affected by her death.Published on 12 Dec. 2013 by Joe
