This book is an excellent representation of what road racing is all about. The pictures are all very evocative, and the comments help to give a background to what you are looking at. Its saddening to read just how many of those photographed are no longer with us.
The book covers a wide timeframe, with photos from as recent as 2003, and also plenty of black and white pictures from the 50s. It gives a fascinating insight into how road racing has changed over then years - basically same roads, different bikes!
My only critiscism of the book is that, as with all similar books, some of the double page spreads are a tad spoiled by the binding, but this is a small gripe, and certainly does not spoil the work.
If you have ever been to a road race, the book should bring back plenty of awesome memories. If you havent been, it will give you an insight into the magic of this sport. A little bit of madness in todays overly-sane world.

For rating of seller, see above.
For book - The material quality (paper, binding, printing) I find excellent. The usual spread of photographs across the gutter - very prevalent these days. It would be far better to use a format to avoid this and place text alongside portrait format photographs.
Having said that , the contents are excellent and well presented. It is a book for the true enthusiast who can really appreciate the context and just what is going on.
However it is a book which could inspire others to take up two wheels only ! I recommend it to anyone with an interest in motorcycling.

Still one of my favourite books, with stunning photography that really captures the atmosphere and imagery of Motorcycle Road Racing in Ireland and the IoM. Worth keeping on hand to dip in and out of with a cup of tea and biscuits.

Great pics but text is a shambles in this ebook,it's all over the place and some is missed out or you can't read it due to background versus text colours, I really bought it for motorsport photography so doesn't cause me too much grief
