In The Beat Fatigue Handbook Erica White looks at the causes of chronic fatigue/ME and examines ways in which this illness can be overcome. Erica White examines a number of factors such as nutrition, candida, stress and allergies. I found this book really helpful and informative, especially as the author encourages the sufferer to carefully examine their diet and lifestyle. The only thing I did not like about this book was the chapter on God. Erica White does admittedly state that if you don't share her beliefs you should skip this chapter, but I still felt that I was having someone else's beliefs imposed on me. This is still an excellent book though and should be read by every sufferer of ME and chronic fatigue.
