The virtually silent Dark Rock Pro 2 CPU cooler puts famous anti-noise technology where it counts -at the heart of your system. Its double tower, double fan design is perfect for over clocked systems and the most demanding multi-graphics platforms. Twin quiet-optimized SilentWings 2 fans with PWM function and seven ultra-high performance heatpipes generate massive TDP cooling capacity and strikes the perfect balance between intense cooling and deep serenity. Special wave-contoured heatsink fins further minimize noise-inducing turbulence while maximizing heat transfer.

Installation was fairly easy, although I would recommend taking your motherboard out of the case and having a friend help you, otherwise it could be a bit tricky.
It also does really well in the thermal department. It keeps my i7 860 (no OC) below 48 degrees with an ambient of about 20 degrees and it does so at only 45% fan speed, at which it is inaudible (and I do have a very silent computer).
Also a clever little addition is that it comes with a PWM-splitter so you only have to use one of your motherboard's 4-pin connections.
I can definitely recommend this product. One of the best, if not the best (in terms of noise to cooling ratio) high end cooler out there.
The only problem I could see is that anyone with midi case or smaller will likely have trouble fitting this beast into their system without customisation. Other than that I would recommend this as an alternative to liquid cooling.
I was more interested in less noise, so I can live with the cooler not cooling to what I would like it to cool, but thats my personal preference, I could and can turn it all the way up to 100% speed and get cooler results, however I still do not think it performs as well as some other brands and I definitely don't want the noise generated at 100% fan speed.
This is the only reason i give it 4 stars, but more of a personal preference.
Awesome points for, it looks great and goes well wityh my Corsair 750D case, it is quiet when running normal speeds, and even if your PC decides it needs to spin up the fans to where they start to make a noise or are louder, your graphics card will at this point be making more noise.
All in all I am pleased.
Be warned this cooler is pretty big, in fact huge. It covers my ram slots but there is just enough room for my Kingston XMP Beast series ram.under it.

I like it pretty much but can not be used because the fan touch to my Corsair memory.
I hope Be Quiet can modify it, give it more 10mm higher.
