The binder seems to be made of easily damaged material, there is damage all over the edges and corners. 4 Books have quite a few scratches on the exterior. Volume 5 has a torn page (the white one at the start of the book) that doesn't bother me that much but I expect better after paying out £115 for the damn thing. the final book has 4 pages with excess print (cheaply folded inwards) signs of skuff. As do the other books.

Nice size, well made, ticks all the boxes of what you would hope for, though keep an eye on price.
I was lucky to get this for £89, the next day it went up to £120, in past week or more its been up and down, £115/£93/£97, so if in no rush you might save a few pounds if you time it right.
For those new to Japanese comics/Manga, you read the back of the book to the front, its odd, but you do get used to it.
The manga deserves 5 stars, I only had it electronically and have to thank the recent movie that new prints are available again.

My boxed set apparently had some trouble in shipping though. I didn't rate it much lower on account of that, because the books weren't really damaged and, for all I know, it might be more the fault of UPS than the seller. The package was shipped in a simple tightly fitting cardboard box, and I probably would've shipped it the same. As is apparent in the photo, it was the decorative box that took most of the damage (I just taped it back together). There is also some very minor damage to the first book at the top of the spine and minimal scuffs on face, as well as mildly folded corners on the lithographs (circled)*. I decided that damage was fairly minor—and mass produced lithographs are not exactly worth big money anyway—so it was worth keeping. I note this in the review so that anyone who really cares about this potentiality can consider sending a note to the seller about packaging things carefully.
Love the books!
*Note: lithograph dimensions are the same as books. Obviously, the photo is an inset.
Update: I received a replacement and it’s perfect!! No dark pages! Wonderful!! Removed the pics because it doesn’t apply anymore.
