Normally I like my Batman stories to be dark, heavy, scary, disturbing. So I'm darned if I know why I like this so much - but it's 136(ish) pages of pure (or not so pure) FUN!

I like to see the artwork before I buy a comic book (uh, graphic novel), so I've put together a little slideshow of a few panels from the story, showing Bruce Timm's wonderful toony artwork.

In addition to the Harley and Ivy three-part miniseries (which takes up about half this book), there are two other stories - THE BET (a little short drawn by Ronnie Del Carmen), and the longer 'LOVE ON THE LAM' (nicely painted by Joe Chiodo). I've also included one or two pictures from these stories to give an idea of the artwork.

The stories are just pure light-hearted fun, as you'll see from my mini-slideshow.
Like I say, I usually like the darker Batman stuff, but Harley and Ivy have never been so cute and appealing!
