This season really hit heights that i did not expect from the show. The introduction of Robin was done well and his playful relationship with Batgirl was fun rather than annoying. Some of the episodes are absolute belters, particularly 'Artifacts' and 'Riddlers revenge' both of which would not feel out of place in the supurb 90's animated series. There is even time to introduce Harley Quinn in a new and interesting way, which whilst not quite at her best is still fun.
Overall i thouroughly enjoyed this series and would definately recommend it to people who were not sure about the first few series.

This fourth season of this excellent series outdoes itself with barely a missed step throughout the season and has some truly awesome episodes. This season sees Robin finally make his debut and the ranks of the villains are boosted by such characters as Killer Moth, the Basil Karlo Clayface, Black Mask and Harley Quinn. As well as this the season finale sees Batman enter the wider community of heroes with Martian Manhunter giving the Dark Knight a hand.

This season of The Batman is easily the best yet with the show seemingly getting even closer to its roots. All the new characters introduced this season fit perfectly with the style of the show and the animation is as high a quality as it has always been. This season also sees some good guest stars with the likes of Mark Hamill, Kevin Conroy and Brandon Routh.

All the episodes from the season are good with highlights being `Riddler's Revenge' which reveals the back-story for Edward Nigma and `Two of a Kind' which introduces Harley Quinn. This season also sees what is probably the best episode of the series so far with `Artifacts', a look into the future of the characters that brings them even closer to their current comic book personas. Overall The Batman is turning into a great show and this fourth season is the strongest yet.

The Batman: The Complete Fourth Season contains some of the best episodes in the Batman saga. It is full of action and mystery solving that will really get your brain to tick. We see Batman being stronger, faster and smarter than the criminal minds.

Also, he will have 2 hardcore sidekicks, the boy wonder Robin and the glamorous Batgirl alongside him to fend off the bad guys and get back in time for supper. We see them at their finest. Teaming up with the Dark Knight, they face off against Harley Quinn, Joker, Robots, and lots, lost more.

The only problem with this is that there are very few special features. It has a few trailers and an extra special feature but I would have expected more.

My opinion is that this DVD deserves full 5 stars because of the quality of the episodes and how stylish they are. I would recommend this to any Batfan. This is the second last season of the Batman series so everyone should buy their copy right away. This is one of the best Batman series and seasons so far because we get to see the Bat at his finest.
