I will be passing this on to my 10 year old niece to read now as the lovely characters will really get her imagination going.
I also liked the little scattering of illustrations throughout the book - it's something that I have missed in my books for a number of years :)
A Harry Potter fan who was going through this series too quickly so we were looking for a similar type of book.
In fact because of the historical content I thought this book was better than Harry Potter.
