good but a bit too fast.in real game the questions are asked and you reply,in this game you have to first read the question after your eyes adapt.then you have to read four answers before replying.this limits how many you can answer.the same happens when you come up against the brain.brilliant game but more time needed to compensate for reading of the questions.
The game follows the TV format with cash builder round then the head to head with a "chaser" and then if you get through that the final chase to try and take the money "home" Unfortunately there is no Bradley Walsh voice over asking the questions but if like me you watch the TV show you just automatically hear hi ask the questions in your head!
I've only had the game a few days so not sure how many questions there are, not had any repeat ones as yet but if you do it will help you remember the answer and who knows you may become a quiz champion!
Apart from no Bradley and all rounds have multiple choice answers and you don't win any cash, this game is remarkably like the TV show. The chasers are very tough to beat and the questions are wide ranging and generally difficult. I now sympathise with the contestants who take the lower offer. I have not managed to beat a chaser yet taking the higher offer and have only once not been caught in the final round. And it wasn't the Beast or the Dark Destroyer!
Hours of quizzing for extremely cheap price. Would totally recommend it.
Just like the tv show, with great graphics and music when downloaded on a phone. The negative I would give is that the questions are quite hard and are worded quite complex. There is an option to go for an easier set of questions before you play but there's a catch. It costs an extra 79p. I've aleady paid £1.49 for the game with really difficult questions, why am I expected to pay extra just for a better chance of winning! It should be the other way round. Game player addicts/quiz masters should have that option to pay extra if they are up for tougher and challenging questions. Thats the reason for 1 star short.
This is a super game. It's authentic in that it follows the "real" game's format and the questions are just as mixed (ie some are easy and some are difficult) as the TV version. My only disappointment is that, unlike the "real" version, Bradley doesn't appear in this one! Great fun, informative and it's fantastic that you have the option to play with a full team or right down to just one person. Even better that it doesn't try to force you to become a Facebook member to continue too!
I love the TV show, and this game accurately reflects the tension. The only slight disappointment is the lack of Bradley Walsh and his giggles! Otherwise, the pictures of the Chasers are excellent, and the questions are the same difficulty as the ones on TV. I don't know how long the game can be played before the same questions start reappearing, but as this is listed as the first version of the game, I assume there will be updates. All in all, a very enjoyable game, worth the price. Recommended.
