Absolutely LOVED it and think i want my very own Sebastian now!
Sebastian didnt know how to show emotion.. all he knew was how to get what he wanted and he knew who he wanted...
Camille was a quiet science teacher how would she cope with the affections of a Pyschopath?
I didn't want this book to end!! Would definitely recommend to others and will always one click Celias dark side books!

This was my first book by Celia Aaron, I was really intrigued with the blurb, it looked interesting and different, I was looking forward to reading it.

I was in for a major surprise. Not many books grab my immediate attention, especially when its a new author to me. I can take a while to get used to their style and quirks. But from the get go I was literally yanked into the book and completely immersed in the story. What a fabulous read it was!! I adored it!! The characters and the story were just epic!!

Camille Briarlane is a successful biology teacher / researcher, a nice girl, caring, normal. She attends a works function with her boyfriend, and gets introduced to his boss, Sebastian Lindstrom, who she has this instant and mysterious attraction to.

Sebastian is the CEO of the company, and is instantly drawn to Camille, having a reaction to her he has never had with anyone in his life, which is quite disturbing to him. So he sets about his masterplan, and being the very intelligent psychopath that he his, goes about making her his.

A brilliant storyline, dark and gritty in places, but with lots of wit and sarcasm thrown in there that had me giggling. This is a story about light and dark, yin and yang, but with grey areas - unfamiliar wants and desires, learning about yourself.

Sebastian was a character that you wanted to hate, but who was so endearing to me, I turned out to be totally in love with him!! He has his flaws, but its how he works through them. The hot sexual tension between him and Camille was just oozing out of the pages!!

A dark read with a lighter side, thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish, very highly recommended. I can't wait to read more from Celia.

Wow!! When the blurb said Sebastian was a psycho, that was no lie! The storyline in Sebastian's and Camille's story is perfect. It's a fairytale in a way with the bad guy, the damsel and the hero. You don't want to love the hero but you will.

They storyline flowed so well and held intrigue throughout that I read it in one sitting! It's stories like this that become one to reread for me and I'm already looking forward to it!

There is no mistaking the fact that this is a dark story but that should come as no surprise, the author does make that pretty clear from the outset but what did come as a surprise was the fact that as villainous as Sebastian was there was also something about him that I just couldn’t find to dislike, there was a sliver of light that seemed to have been pushed to the darkest recess of his personality but on occasion seemed to be trying to peek through and it was that, that captivated me.
I don’t know whether others would agree but I thought this was about a passion, an inexplicable, instantaneous love that seemed to tip a man that was barely clinging (and that is giving him the benefit of the doubt) to any semblance of normality, completely off the deep end and spiralling into an abyss where if truth be told he completely revels.
Sebastian is a bad man, be under no illusion but that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have the same needs and desires as the rest of us, he just doesn’t see the need to follow the same acceptable agenda…for him the thought of not having what he covets most is not acceptable, if he wants something or in this case someone…he is not willing to play by societies rules, he never has so why start now, he will have the object of his obsession…the beautiful Camille and there was nothing that stood in his way that he was not willing to steam roll over in order to clear his way.
I thought the author delivered a character in Sebastian that will be difficult to forget, yes, I understand that almost every thought he had was one that I should condemn but I just don’t have it in me to see it that way, maybe that says more about me than him.

The Bad Guy by Celia Aaron
5 stars!
Reviewed on behalf of 2 girls who love books
Wow what an amazing story! This is the first book that I have read by this author and I do not know how I have missed any of her books before! I was completely hooked from the very first page! The book was a really intense and dark read but also one of the best books I have read so far this year! I knew as soon as I read the synopsis that I wanted to read this book and I am so glad that I did! Absolutely fantastic read!
I thought the storyline was really unique, I know I haven’t read anything like it before! I thought the characters were great! The book overall was really well written, with a great pace and had some really good plot twists!
Sebastian is a psychopath but I loved him! I couldn’t help but love him – he may have done things in a backwards way but as the story progressed and you read between the lines his character between so much clearer. Camille made him feel something for the first time in his life and he just didn’t know how to deal with it but saying that Sebastian is the bad guy – but trust me when I say he is the bad guy you will want! My heart did break ever so slightly for him towards the end of the story though! It’s hard not to give away the storyline but if you like dark romance reads then believe me you will not be disappointed in this book at all. I loved every single word that I read and I can’t wait to read more by this author in the future!
