Format: Paperback
Burn doesn't hold any punches! There's a self-diagnosis section which enables sufferers to take that first crucial step towards recovery (apparently only a matter of weeks in 95% of cases!). Useful for all in helping to understand the potential problems created by this modern age epidemic. Reinforces the fact that mobility is the key to a fitter, heatlhier back and life.
