I particularly liked the way this book addresses the problems faced by the majority of people who spend most of their working day sat at a desk.

Poor posture resulting in back and neck pain is often the result and the body awareness and simple stretching exercises discussed in this book can certainly help.

This clear and concise book explains how your back works and how you can look after it. It addresses the problems of how to avoid common poor postural habits around using computers and outlines some simple exercises to do whilst sitting at your desk to support your back to support you. It has a sections on breathing and meditation and gives exercises and tips about how to do both quickly but effectively even in the office during a busy work day. It is something every officer worker should have at hand.

This book really helped to bring my awareness to certain habits I had built over years of slouching over a computer screen. By remembering to do these practices during the day, even a minute or two here and there made a difference. I feel more grounded and centered afterwards, and my usual tension spots have softened and eased out. Its a nice one to keep on your desk!

A great book that focuses on the pains that can arise from being a desk bound worker, or anyone who has neck or back issues. With exercises, plus information on what you can do to relieve the symptoms, I think this book could be invaluable to a lot of people. In fact, I've used some of the exercises when I've cricked my neck watching TV!

This ebook adds little beyond what is widely available on websites about back pain (correct posture, relaxation, desk setup, etc). There are only actually half a dozen seated yoga exercises provided in the book.
