Product Description

Review

This book has bold colours, sparkly effects, simple illustrations and lovely touch-and-feel elements. She may not understand much about counting yet, but this will point her in the right direction (Prima Baby 2009-05-01)

This is a lovely little book from the Baby Touch range. The book details numbers 1 to 5.

1 - Details caterpillar featuring a a soft velvet type material within the caterpillar
2 - Details 2 bumpy snails with a textured bumpy material within snails
3 - Details 3 fluffy cats with a soft fluffy material within the cats
4 - Details 4 feathery penguins with a soft fluffy material within the penguins
5 - Details 5 sparkly fish with glittery material within the fish

There is a little repetitiveness with this range of books, as terminology within various books, I would imagine this is to assist your child to remember the sequence once read. With frequent use, your little one will recognise and remember the numbers ... much to their delight. A lovely book to spend quality time with your child!

Not seen this type of book before but I think it is different and I am sure will go down well with a youngster, wish the numbers went to ten as I feel to get a collection of these books would be rather on the expensive side.

These books are great for your little ones, my 12 month old daughter loves them, she sits for about 10 minutes (which is a long time to her...and us!) flicking through them and feeling the various textures. The size of the books mean they are great for little hands. I am definitely going to buy more.

This simple book is great for small hands. My daughter likes to flip through this book and point to the numbers after each page. There are only 5 numbers but I think she is starting to understand the correlation between the pictures and the numbers, so its a good starting point.

Excellent book for toddler. Very colourful book and easy to use. Also very sturdy and stands up well to wear and tear that child can put a book through. Easy for child to look at for themselves. Would recommend
