    Man hat den Eindruck, man muß den Filter in eine Brita Karaffe "reinklopfen". Hier könnte man die Passform verbessern. Klar, daß Brita versucht, durch häufiges Ändern den Kauf alternativer Kartouchen zu unterbinden. Die zweite Kartouche hab ich nur noch so weit eingesetzt, wie es ohne Gewalt ging.
    Bakterien hin oder hier - kann man als Laie nicht nachprüfen und steril ist es nirgends im Haushalt - das Wasser ist, soweit man es feststellen kann, in Ordnung. Keine Ablagerungen mehr auf dem Tee. Das allein schon ein Fortschritt. Magnesiumanteil - um so besser.
    Das Display vom Brita Filter funtioniert bei mir, allerdings achte ich nicht drauf, sondern wechsele nach Gefühl. Denke mir, daß die Anzeige pi mal Daumen eh so einstellt ist, daß man eher früher Ersatz kauft als notwendig (siehe auch Tintenstand bei Druckern). Kriegt man ins Gefühl, wenn man die Schwebstoffe auf dem Tee anschaut.
    Die BWT Filter sind durchaus eine Alternative. Werde sie wieder kaufen.
