I was very dubious about buying this due to the fact that it was so affordable (sounds better than cheap).
It's very easy to fit, it's very sensitive to movement - there's no way you could move it without triggering the alarm, which, even though I stuck mine behind a panel, is still very loud! In fact, if it wasn't behind the panel it would be deafening!

The remote on/off fob is great, gives it a professional feel and it even has a flashing 'antenna' to warn people off.

Excellent value

I have had one of the same on my other Motorcycle and it worked perfectly, no false alarms. totally reliable.
Just two leads to connect to Positive & Negative 12V. the unit is weather proof, so no concerns about moisture.
Comes with optional mini LED blue light that flashes at 20 sec intervals to alert people that that bike is armed.
Anyone can install this unit, takes 10 minutes at most. Siren is quite loud and cannot be ignored by the public.(125dcb)

Fitted to my Aprilia which was easy and quick. I'm really at home with electrics so was such a doddle to install, I don't think it would even be hard for newbies as it's just simply two wires to fit. The sticky pads that came with were useless as they came off after a day so I would recommend either buying some decent sticky pads separately or using cable ties.

The alarm chirp is loud! Even when it beeps to advise it's armed still makes me jump with how loud it is and I occasionally do it on purpose to make my mates jump! ;) The range of the remote is good, I can arm my bike from the kitchen whilst it's on the drive.

My only issue with it is the remote buttons. They can far too easily be pressed accidentally which has caused some embarrassing moments. Three times the arm button has been pressed accidentally whilst on the road which then obviously caused the alarm to go off and me to end up with an extremely red face and some dodgy looks from onlookers. However for the price you can't really complain too much and it still gives me peace of mind at night. I will probably look at buying a more expensive alarm in the future to replace this one but as a temporary measure it's not a bad alarm at all.

Wanted a low cost basic alarm for my scooter and this fits the bill perfectly.
Easy to fit (even thou the instructions are very basic you don't really need them), loud, nice blue led flashes when alarm on and quality remote control with good range.
The scooter is secure at home so I only use when leaving parked up, therefore no issues with battery drain when left standing for a while...

Two Wire installation find a sheltered position and a few sticky fixers later Hey Presto there you have it. Excellent for the money. I've personally mounted the led warning lamp inside an unused side light cluster below the headlamp and It looks the part. Flash's twice every 3 Secs. The siren has several tones one after another but it also has a short warning (two tone) for 10 secs to warn off before the multi-tone siren begins if touched again within 30 secs or so. GREAT LITTLE THING for a affordable Alarm well worth it really loud

The alarm works as advertised, although it is very loud. In my opinion, it is too loud and you can scare people on the street just by arming it. Other than this, it definitely works and trying to move the bike simply triggers the siren.

The instructions included are useless, they refer to some other alarm and are translated straight from Chinese.. Luckily, installation is very easy; red wire goes to the red terminal on the battery, black one on the black and the ground goes anywhere to the metal frame.

I've used it for a few days and haven't noticed any problems with the battery yet and I do not commute much (~3 miles a day). If you are electronics oriented, then know that the alarm uses about 3.0 mA of current (I've measured this), so it's power is about 36 mW (at 12 V). If you have a full 10 Ah battery in your bike, then it should last > 11.5 days before it's empty. Of course, this won't be a problem if you ride frequently.

Last thing, I've accidentally pressed the buttons on the fob on several occasions. This was while it was in the pocket of my jacket and I was trying to bend down to pick up gear from the ground.

This alarm for what it does is brilliant. I only wanted something loud so that if my scooter is moved it will go off. I've only given 4 stars because it's so sensitive, just the wind of a lorry driving past can set it off! I would gladly pay more to adjust the sensitivity and for a spare remote as only 1 is supplied. A good alarm and extremely loud. Fitting it is not that hard, trying to find where to attach it to is. I would buy one for my car but it's too sensitive.

I placed this on my mobility scooter on one of the 12volt batteries only problem is that I cant arm it while charging...ITS LOUD!!!! Neighbours say its loud...No one has tried stealing it yet...Theres a blue flashing light which is nice...Battery does not drain at all havnt noticed any power drain...A few say the wind can trigger it but I believe its how you store what ever your using it on...Just perfect...
