Errrrr...... WOW!!! I loved this book so much... I'm not a big PNR reader. I can probably count on two hands the number I've read. But when a book is written by an author you love, then you have to give it a go. And I am so pleased I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, as I totally devoured this story.

In this book we meet Daiya and her 2 sisters who have moved to a new town, rather suddenly. Daiya is the youngest and starts a new school. The girls are Lilithuria, half human, half demon, and now Daiya has turned 18, she is heading for The Awakening. So she starts her new school and there, she meets Kai.... The schools star hockey player!

My worry with paranormal books is that I won't understand some of the terminology or it will be too 'unrealistic'! But I followed this perfectly, with everything explained at the right times, yet creating enough suspense to keep you wondering and guessing what was happening. A brilliant mix!

I don't even want to ruin anything about the book or the story as I went in totally blind, and absolutely ADORED it, so think everyone else should too. I was totally gripped and hooked by the whole thing.

Kai and Daiya's story is unique, it's different, potentially very scary and could be catastrophic. I love the connection, and the author really manages to make you feel - I was filled with flutters and nerves, wondering hat would happen next.... There are some huge twists and revelations which will keep you in suspense throughout.

Bring on book 2 - I can't wait to see where we are taken next!!

***i received and arc in return for a true, honest and unbiased review***

Holy s***balls!! I don't think this review is going to do this amazing work justice but here goes!

I've only read about 20 paranormal books and I have to say they are not usually the criteria I read but this what absolutely amazing!! This novel had me teetering on the edge of my seat throughout, I loved that I could relate and connect with the characters and their personalities, they literally jumped out the pages at me. This had me gripped to the point where I have been up all night because I had to finish it and COULD NOT put it down.

This is a story of love and destiny, paths being written and the lives we live. Does everything happen for a reason? Do we cross paths with certain people because it was decided that way? I've fallen in love with Daiya and Kai, And cannot wait for the next instalment on their journey *cough cough*.

I'm not going to give away any spoilers but if you read one paranormal book this year it has to be this! You'll be teetering on the edge of your seats and won't finish until it's devoured! I truly wish I could give it more stars it deserves it! I've been left with a book hangover! Will absolutely be rereading this is in the future. It's a keeper!

I have to start this review by saying that paranormal is not a particular genre but this one grabbed my attention.

We meet Daiya who's just turned 18 and has been dreading this day as all of her nightmares one by one will come true. Daiya may if turned 18 but she is very innocent yet is older than her years.

On her first day at school she meets and is instantly attracted to fellow student Kai. Kai and Daiya have a immediate attraction to each other and the chemistry is undeniable between the two of them. Daiya is worried though as she's not sure if the pull her and Kai have for one another is the real deal or if it is the demon inside her.

Kai and Daiya have such a sweet, innocent relationship that will transform you back to all those feelings that you had with your boyfriend when you were 18 years old.

I loved Daiya's sister's there's Demi who's the responsible one, Devlin who's very much a free spirit and Daiya who's finding herself.

This is only a mini review as I don't want to spoil it for you by giving away any spoilers.

This was my first time reading anything by Grace White ,but I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed this awesome story. Grace White has given us a story that will blast your shoe off your feet right from the first page until the ever end, and then will leave us wanting more from this author. The chemistry between the main characters was so corporeal ,that I felt like it was truly happening right there. As we followed Daiya and her sisters, Devlin and Demi ,Daiya who is the youngest and the last in the family to awaken. But Devlin is the crazy ,and the wild one while Demi is the one who had to grow up fast then their mother died taking care of them. But Daiya is so frightened about the awakening ,and to let her demon lose.Because she has seen the bad side of what happens with her sister Devlin, and she just doesn't want that to happen .It just happens that Daiya has always be different even with her looks compared to her sister Devlin. So is it possible that she's meant to really be just awaken, and could she just be meant to change the offset between good and evil. I could tell you more about this great story ,but that would spoil it for you. I highly recommend that you read this amazing story, you won't be disappointed. "Warning CLIFFHANGER "
