Looks excellent, well done Aviva. Other companies take note. If this becomes more personalised to the customer such as renewal dates, level of insurance and cost that year etc I might just go to Aviva even if it is more expensive. This is great Aviva hope you develop further.

How long will it be before Alexa will be quoting or renewing your for car insurance. Or even reminding of renewal dates with a quote, or changes to be made to a policy? Could be done whilst making a cup of tea

This is a great skill for finding out what all that insurance jargon means (annuities, premiums, drawdown etc) and it's great to see a big U.K. financial company take it's first step into this new world. Would be so useful if it could tap into my pension account and tell me an up to date fund value, how much I'm paying, where I'm invested etc.

Always surprising when big finance companies have a go at being cool and hip. Not seen any others like this and wont use it too often, but it works. And that's a good thing!
