Top customer reviews
I have just finished reading The Avengers: Too Many Targets written by John Peel (nothing to do with JOHN Steed and Emma PEEL, we are assured!) and Dave Rogers and I only have one complaint...I didn't want the story to end!
The story brings together John Steed and his current fighting partner Tara King and re-introduces his previous partners, Emma Peel, Cathy Gale and Dr Keel in a gripping story which pits them against a new breed of Cybernauts. Old friends and enemies resurface in this gripping story and the book richly deserves every credit affordable to it.
Written 20 years ago (!), it deserves to be republished and made available to a public who still recognises the television series as a cult series.
If you can locate a copy - buy it! I was lucky to find a FIRST EDITION which is going into my safe...to me, it is priceless!
