Now I don’t normally write reviews, but I really felt I needed too…to hopefully help others regarding this amazing headset. I’ve been trying to do my research on headphones that offer better clarity for some time now.
Had made up my mind to actually purchase a competitor product, until I read a review article on one of my news apps. This headset had managed to get a near perfect review marking on this well-known app, I immediately searched for more info and more reviews. To my surprise, there are quite a few articles available on this product and all with positive reviews, also says on their website that its designed by doctors, a big plus in my books! However the only place I could find to buy this product was at Amazon (not that I’m complaining)…Well done Amazon! Came well packaged and on time with no delivery issues. Box contents are as described on Amazon, however, was really pleased that they have included an airplane headphone adaptor (not listed). Headphones are well constructed and feel comfortable, without too much pressure on ears. An app is needed for initial setup, but this is straight forward to download (I use an iPhone, an android version is also available). The app itself is also extremally easy to understand and use. It takes you through either a simple hearing test (I wouldn’t recommend this) or a fully-fledged one (around 15/20mins)…go through and do the full test, you’ll really hear the benefits. All you need to do is press a button on the app every time you hear a sound and this will then create a hearing profile for you, the good thing is you can create different profiles if you are sharing your headset, so your partner or kids can also enjoy the headset without messing up your hearing profile. The app also gives you control of how you want your Audeara experience to sound, remember this is all about quality of sound.
