This book kicks off with an explanation into what the Laws of Attraction are, then goes on to show how they can improve your life…Think good things and get good things while keeping away the bad!!
That is the basic premise…
The Author then shows ways to keep that positive feeling…They include, Meditation, Visualizing and Believing in yourself…AND most important of all, for me, the book dwells on Being Optimistic, and how you can develop positive Thinking and Attitude…A good, quick read for those who want to be in control of their lives!!

The contents of the book made a lot of sense to me. I can relate to a number of examples given on positive thinking and the way in which it can help improve your daily life.
