Atomic golf has some interesting exercises to strengthen your mind. I believe they are headed in the right path, as the key to improving Golf is to quiet your mind. This part of the book may have been a bit longer than it needed to be, but I do think one can quiet their mind by applying the technique and drills in this book.
The physical exercises in the next section of the book are not complicated, but extremely demanding. I am still in the beginner phase, but I already feel stronger and I am definitely swinging better. I look forward to the coming months towards progressing through the exercise routines. This section is the author's specialty and I think makes this book worth every penny. Please note, this section will challenge your pre-conceived notions and will take you a long time to progress through. It is not meant to be an instant change.
The last section on the golf swing was "so so". I personally think that this section is the weakest in the book, but that is my opinion.
I think after getting yourself in shape mentally and physically, you will be swinging better. I think you would need to see a local pro with videos and review to help maximize your swing and improve. More than likely, you can benefit from just analyzing your setup.
