Size and weight wise they're what you really expect. Assecure took great care to make them look and feel like the originals. Product loses a star for not being an exact match for the original feel-wise (compare the two and you'll notice a different), and tricky to install (see later in review) but don't let that put you off. While the texture is a bit different, they feel as sturdy as the originals and in gameplay they control just like the originals. I've yet to encounter a problem with them.
IMPORTANT: (might have just been a rare case with me, but keep this info in mind)
When installing, you might discover the thumbsticks become "stiff" when you put the controller back together. In my case, I found the holes on the base of the thumbsticks didn't quite slide into place naturally. To fix, just push down on the thumsticks (may require some force), you should feel them slide down as you do. This should fix the issue and get the sticks functioning as they should.
I also strongly advise you consult a youtube video for instructions before installing. You are going to be taking a controller apart after all.
Overall: A great set of replacement thumbsticks. If you need new ones at a good price, you need look no further than these.
