The book has short chapters, with each describing a particular bias and a list of related biases.
The only criticism I have is that there is some repetition as the author tries to make the number of chapters up to a hundred.
Since reading it, I often catch myself falling into the thinking traps explained here. Whether this leads to me making better decisions, who knows.
I thoroughly recommend it. My next read will be Thinking, fats and slow by Daniel Kahneman to help me go a bit deeper.
