Its very dated and the author wants to promote her products all the time
I find her description of Fimo soft very confusing, I dont know where the author gets hers from (if indeed she has ever used it) but saying it is difficult to condition is not my experience at all. I use it all the time for Jewellery, sculpture, etc and found it very easy to work with. Even my children have used it without any problem at all. The author suggested that this particular clay needs conditioning in a food processor this seems absurd to me
Maybe she wants everyone to use her brand?
The projects are dated and uninspiring too. I got a second hand copy so I didnt pay too much for it, if I'd paid the full price it would be returned
I understand that this was the author's first book and her others are better
I'm reserving judgment on the issue
There are far far better books on the subject out there
