Book Description

Rock-art provides lively and captivating images of animals and people painted and carved in caves and on open rock surfaces. HASH(0x920c7b40) out of 5 stars An excellent collage of research data on rock art 17 July 2000
By A Customer - Published on
Format: Paperback
By taking a scientific approach, the text has succeeded in giving rock art research the kind of credibility and respectability that it needed for some time. It is well written and focuses on a broad spectrum of case studies from all over the world. A must read for both professional and popular audiences.
