    Joystick snapped on first use.
    I appreciate this is a fairly old 2nd hand piece of kit but snapping within 30 minutes of first use is extremely disappointing.
    I was only gently playing Pacman on MAME to test the joystick and am an experienced older arcade player / collector so treated the joystick in what I would consider a very careful way.
    Disappointing.

    I tried playing on a couple of the xbox live games with this, most notably SWOS and found it very difficult to use mainly due to the position of the stick. Probably more suited to a left hander I would suggest. I sent it back and went back to my standard Xbox360 controller.

    This is a lot of fun! Gives a retro feel to some of the XBox Live Arcade games. It also bundles 3 classics (Frogger, AstroPop and Time Pilot). The design of the stick felt really comfortable. The button on top of the joystick doubles as the A button and I've used that a lot. It has a USB connection so I can plug-and-play on my PC as well.

    Der Stick ist für richtige ArcadeGames wie Beat Em Ups , Bullet Hells usw gar nicht geeignet. Der Stick hat nämlich VIEL ZUVIEL SPIELRAUM! Im Grunde ist es ein normaler Xbox Stick mit ner verlängerung dran. Man kann damit nicht präzise arbeiten und das feeling gleicht eher dem umrühren in einem Topf. Schade. Hatte gehofft er würde das alte Gefühl der C64 Sticks zurückbringen aber ist nicht :(

    This joystick is not for gamers who are looking for an authentic joystick. I bought this joystick only to gut it and use its printed circuit board (PCB) to create my own custom joystick. The PCB is very easy to solder to and is a decent size.

    I don't recommend trying to play any fighting games with this Madcatz Gamestick, but if you are planning to make a custom joystick of your own, I highly recommend buying this Gamestick solely for it's PCB.

    I have purchased many madcatz products over the years and the ones I really liked such as the DREAMCAST PANTHER TRACKBALL all eventually broke. I was excited to get a stick for some of the LIVE ARCADE titles I have on disc for my 360 and while the controller worked well for PAC MAN and a few others the stick would get stuck in a corner to the top left sometimes and my biggest gripe the 3 LIVE ARACDE TITLES aren't on disc as I had hoped, they are downloadable cards with expiration dates and I don't have access to high speed internet where my console is, while I wouldn't buy it again I don't mind having a second controller for my 360 and this one has all the buttons and functions of a normal 360 so live and learn. Probably most gamers will find this an unsatisfying arcade stick replacement and want to go with a HORI, or Xarcade stick for real arcade action. That said the button atop the stick is great for LIVE ARCADE titles like TEMPEST, TIME PILOT etc. which really only require move and shoot.

    Controller war leider defekt und die Rücksendung erweist sich sehr schwierig da der Verkäufer leider sehr unfreundlich ist, als ob ich zu blöd wäre und nicht wüsste, dass nicht jedes Spiel funktioniert. Leider bekommt aber der Controller keinen Strom somit kann kein Spiel funktionieren. Das war mein erster und letzter Kauf.
