I used to make aquariums & this is IMO by far the best available by a huge margin!
I have been using this particular silicone type for over 15 years & use it for everything as it just can't be beaten, ok it's not the perfect silicone for the inexperienced D.I.Yer as you need to work with it quickly & ideally tool it quickly in a single action, as it's a high modular silicone that starts to set quickly & does not like to me messed about with.
But if you are codependent with using silicone I could not recommend it more highly, ok it's designed for aquarium construction, but I use it for vast array of jobs & it's never let me down, 20+ years it's good for IMO.
Very good contact adhesion to a wide variety of materials & just gets the job done.
Not the cheapest option out there I know but it's worth the extra pennies trust me.
