Dispatched quickly. This book is quite theoretical and until I start my course I will not know how relevant it is.

This book was recommended as 'the book' about leadership for our course. I found it long, boring and not so useful. Three authors were involved which meant a lot of repeats and far too much explanations. although the authors mostly work in adult rducation, I feel this book would be far better for those in business and would not recomment it for those in education management.
