    After having issues with previous orders I was about to give up on buying renewed phones on Amazon and go back to high street stores.However when we received our phone this morning and it was fantastic. It arrived earlier then expected, The packaging was well thought out, with a box inside another box. The phone was bubble wrapped and the screen was also protected. We received Rhino Glass and a proper charger which was such a pleasant surprise (no other vendor has ever sent extras before)I would highly recommend this seller!

    I purchased a renewed phone, I was happy with the condition and that it functioned well. However it wouldn’t charge pff the cable it was supplied with nor any other iPhone chargers in our home (we have lots as we’ve all got iPhones) and it didn’t work in my car on apple carplay (which other phones in my house do work) so I returned the phone asking for a refund in the allotted time.

    The seller is delaying the refund and now claiming they haven’t received the phone even though they signed for it on delivery! Amazon are hopefully going to resolve this.

    After having issues with previous orders I was about to give up on buying renewed phones on Amazon and go back to high street stores.
