PLEASE READ if you intend to purchase this Ipad Air 2, thinking you are purchasing the UK version at a bargain price., I wished to purchase a UK version so I checked the product description which clearly states MH182B/A the B/A represents UK/Ireland. Apple has a different code for the region the model is intended for. The service was excellent ordered Friday 20/11/2015 and received on the 22/11/2015 bought from UK SUPPLY SOURCE.
But on opening the box I found it strange there was a separate unbranded third party UK 3 pin plug enclosed. I checked the label on the back of the Ipad the code was MH182LL/A this is the USA version so would only include a 2 pin plug hence the separate 3 pin plug.
I contacted Apple who checked the serial number and code, they confirmed it was intend for the USA. This would work perfectly in the UK and is no different to the UK model apart form the plug. BUT..should the Ipad ever need repaired by Apple it would have to be returned to the region it was intended for i.e. USA.
So whilst this maybe OK for some people it was not for me, I did not want to use some unbranded charger and I was clearly mislead into thinking it was a UK model. I paid £374 nearly £100 cheaper than other UK online retailers. So I immediately returned it and was given a full refund.
Note: I could have purchased a genuine Apple charger for £15. So instead I purchased a UK ipad from J*hn L*ewis for £449 with a 2 year guarantee.
So if you are happy to receive a USA model with a unbranded charger I would not hesitate to buy from this company you will get an excellent service but if you think are getting a UK one...you are NOT.
Hope This Helps Apple MH182B/A 9.7-Inch iPad Air 2 (A8X 1.5 GHz, 2 GB RAM, iOS8),

Apple's unhelpful naming practices continue with this product. It comes in a box that says "iPad Air". Nowhere does it say "iPad Air 2" or "iPad Air 2nd Generation". You'd be forgiven for thinking it was a first-gen iPad Air judging by the packaging alone.

The iPad Air 2 is obviously thinner and lighter than its predecessors. This is immediately noticeable compared to the iPad 3/4, though much less so with the first iPad Air. It still has an aluminium and glass construction, making it feel high-quality and sturdy. The Retina display is the same resolution as the iPad Air (2048 x 1536 pixels), but now sports an anti-reflective coating. Place a previous gen iPad next to this one and the difference is clear: reflections have been significantly reduced, making the display look less "glassy" than before. Bright background reflections can still be picked up, but you're much less likely to notice close-up objects such as your own face. The mute/screen orientation lock switch has been removed, leaving those commands to be carried out via the OS. A fingerprint ID sensor has been added to the home button, allowing you to unlock the device immediately without having to swipe across or enter an access code.

Physically the iPad Air 2 isn't that different from its immediate predecessor, but the internals have changed considerably. The new A8X processor is a triple-core chip, the Wi-Fi is capable of the 802.11ac standard and the RAM has been upped to 2GBs. In terms of graphics the iPad Air 2 marks a huge improvement over previous models. My old iPad 3 would often struggle to play games like Uno & Friends smoothly, but with this iPad the game is totally smooth and slick - as is every other app and game I've tried so far.

Well i have not bought an apple product in some time as i have tried out other tablets but they never really came close as far as build quality and overall specifications. The ipad air 2 is seriously thin but built like a tank at the same time. The stereo speakers are very loud when you consider how thin the device is and the display is like 3D you would think the home screen was a print it's that good but that is because of the new air gap technology apple have introduced into the new ipad air 2. I only have it a couple of days now so time will really tell but if it's like all the other apple devices i have had then i have myself one of the best tablets money can buy so go on and treat yourself! 😁

The product title states that it's the MH182B/A model, which is the UK model. Instead of this, I was sent a MH182LL/A model which is the Canadian/US model. I was also sent a rip off non-branded three pin adapter, meaning the seller was entirely aware that they were sending me a US version, even when the very second 'word' in the items title was the UK serial number. I contacted Apple before opening the item, asking if there would be a problem with me having a US version in the UK. I was advised by them to return the item, not only because I was sent an incorrect item with the seller in hope I would know no different, (with an unverified changing adapter), but mainly because the warranty held with the US iPad would be a US warranty, meaning no Apple store in the UK would allow themselves to touch the product if I were to need any sort of care or repairs. Whilst I did get somewhat of a bargain to get this iPad for almost £100 off of the current going price, an official UK Apple charger would have cost me another £15, and to be honest, paying £80 more to buy the iPad elsewhere is definitely worth my piece of mind that my warranty is valid and I will receive customer and product care.
I'm EXTREMELY unhappy with both this seller and Amazon for allowing this product to be so clearly listed as a different model when they were obviously entirely aware it was incorrect (due to sending an adapter charger). I feel bad for any customers who may have saved up their hard earn cash for such a luxury item and are completely unaware that they're using a foreign model and will left entirely on their own when it comes to any issues/support or care.
