Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
2nd edition is a larger book (width & height) than others in the professional skills for counsellors range. Clearly laid out with sub headings and exercises to explore our own thoughts in each chapter. I got it partly to use as a reference source and will be able to realate it to most clients in some way or another. There is a section on child centered practice mentioning influences which form the layers of the clients trauma. "Cultures and ethnicities carry universal principles, but the uptake of every individual is different" < quote from the child centered chapter.
