Format: Paperback
This book was one of the most usefull books i bought during my university years. It as as its title suggests an annotated Key to Lambdin's text book on Biblical Hebrew. It gives answeres (with explanitions) to the exercise at the end of Lambdin's chapters. When used as a learning add it is most useful. As it allows the student to check themselves and see where they are going wrong. When used in conjuction with Lambdin it makes what would otherwise be a rather difficult text for self-study very userfriendly. If used in a class context provide the student dosen't use it to 'cheat' it will also prove highly useful. I cannont recommoned this book highly enough.

This is an excellent, well researched and very informative background to the books of Ezra and Nehemiah. All students (and enthusiastic amateurs) will find this very beneficial and well worth reading. Thank you HGMW.

3.0 out of 5 stars Handy but hard to read 17 Dec. 2013
By R. T. - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Lambdin is much easier to use if you have this book because it allows you to do every one of the exercises. Usually, when there is a catch, Williamson will flag it and give an explanation. However, the downside of this book is the printing. Often it is quite difficult to make out the Hebrew vowels. They really should make the effort to clean up the print.

1.0 out of 5 stars Letters and vowels too blurry to be useful 6 Nov. 2013
By Learner - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
It looks like this is a photocopy of many generations of copies. The reproduction is so blurry with some of the vowel points as to make the book useless. In Hebrew, much more than other languages, you need laser printer sharp letters and vowel marks from a good font.
The publisher, T & T Clark Biblical Languages, should be ashamed of themselves!

2.0 out of 5 stars Has the answers I need but Bad Printing job!!! 8 Aug. 2010
By diajea - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book would have been great had the printing been better. It is so bold one can't make out the vowel marks. Has the transliteration but that is a hassle compared to just reading the Hebrew. Shame on publishers and sorry this took away from the authors hard work.

3.0 out of 5 stars It could be better!! 6 Jun. 2011
By revmauros - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I would encourage one to buy Lambdin's Introduction to Biblical Hebrew instead of this book. The vowel marks of this book are definitely awful and besides that the transliteration of the Hebrew words are not helpful at all.

The answers to the material are very helpful to make use of the textbook, which was suggested for me to use.
