About the Author

Annie Bell began cooking in 1985, spending a couple of years before the birth of her first child working as a chef. She is the author of two cookbooks: A FEAST OF FLAVOURS and EVERGREEN, which was shortlisted for the Andre Simon Award. She has also written a book for Sainsbury's, NOT-SO-WICKED PUDDINGS.

Annie Bell is the Food Editor of the Independent and she contributes regularly to the Mail on Sunday.
