Really put it to use for the first time this weekend. I had tried it a few weekends ago and thought it lost charge (despite never using it) as I forgot to push the tiny "on" button. This past weekend, phone was down to 17% and after plugging in, back up and fully charged in no time (albeit not as fast as if you had a regular charger). While it comes with a cable to re-charge it from your computer, it does not come with a USB cable to charge it to your phone so remember to put one in the little bag with you.

**updated 26/6/2016** After multiple uses when I'm in the city, it works great and easily takes my phone up from 10-15% to over 50% in about 20min. The only downside, I think, is that it doesn't have any sort of indicator light to let you know when it needs to be recharged (and maybe it doesn't on purpose, as a way of using all it's juice for your electrics) and several times I've gone out and it won't even charge my phone for more than 5min without it cutting out (because I've forgotten to re-charge it after the last use) so you don't know that it doesn't have enough juice to do anything. Would still purchase again though.

Bought this in July 2017; I didn't think it was holding its charge after a few months and wrote to Anker support - support@anker.com
They were very quick to reply and I realised that the fault was mine; I hadn't pressed the button to start charging my phone. Product continues to work well, slight problem with my brain but this is probably a function of age.
Very neat little device; would thoroughly recommend. If there is a problem then I am sure that the backup support from Anker will be excellent.
Don't forget to press the button ;-)

Great device, but slow and need extra cable

Great little device - does exactly what it says on the tin. A few minor points (though don't let them away you from getting one of these):
1) It takes a few hours to fully load a charge on the Anker, which means you really have to do it overnight or at work in advance... Need to be organised and plan ahead! Would be nice if it were faster.
2) it takes just under an hour to charge your phone from the Anker, so you'll need to leave the two connected in your pocket/bag for a while. Again, would be nice if it were faster (more important here than #1).
3) You'll need to separately get/have a charging lead to connect the USB output socket to your phone (eg iPhone lightning connection). Given #2 above, you may want this to be a short, sturdy cable (not likely to break or take up much space when folded up in the little mesh bag Anker gives you for the device). The original Apple cable doesn't cut it for me for this purpose as I've found the ends weaken and the cable disconnects internally at the ends when the cable is wound up for storage etc. I did find a great short/sturdy cable on Amazon also, but you have to separately go looking for it. Would be great if such a cable were an optional extra (to fit your phone) with the Anker device in the first place.

I love Anker mobile chargers and I wanted to buy one small size for travelling.
The capability of 3350mAh is bit too small for whole day travel for old smart phone with poor battery.
The size is quite good to keep in a bag and very light same as all Anker's charger which I love the most about them.
Only thing I really don't like is the little button you have to click every time you start charging, I sometime forget to click and it doesn't charge at all, I hope I will get used to. 3 colours LED is a nice way of informing left amount though.

I used to own a silver one of these years ago and it was amazing, it lasted so long and I didn’t have to charge it often. I bought a pink one now and the quality really isn’t the same anymore. I feel like I have to charge it even if I don’t use it. And after every use I have to charge it again. Obviously the quality isn’t as good anymore, I wouldn’t recommend

Fits in the palm of my hand. When fully charged it puts enough charge into my S7 edge take it from empty to 50%. Really happy with this product. It comes with a charger lead and a dinky little carry bag. Charge from mains to fill the power core and when needed conect to phone, tablet etc press the end the connector goes into and a green light comes on to show you are charging your phone. A red light comes on when the power core is empty.
Not sure how long the power core holds full charged when not in use.

This is absolutely perfect for your handbag or similar. It's nice and small and fits conveniently into any bag. It can charge my phone to about 50%, which is all I need it to do on a day to day basis just to get me home, but you'd need a bigger one if you wanted a full charge or multiple charges. Be warned it gets quite hot both when charging up itself and charging other electronics. Perfect for an android phone though as it charges through a usb connector so you only need the one wire.

This little device has been accompanying me and my various gadgets for almost four years now, and it has served me very well.
It is a little over lipstick size, very lightweight, yet the charge is enough for 1,5 Iphone6 charges or about 3 charges of my vape or about 1 charge for my kindle.
LED lights up when charging or being charged, and blinks when running out of battery, very handy. No indication how much charge it still carries, which is fine, I'd rather it focuses its energy on the main job.
USB ports clearly very good quality, never had any issues since I have it.
After four years of heavy use. I am slowly beginning to notice a decline in the charge, which is absolutely fair enough. I will continue to use it for a little longer while I search for the ideal replacement, and then it is time for my little friend to RIP, at last.
