I have a bunch of Anker products and they are all of great functionality and quality so I knew this would be good. It is compact, well designed and functions well. The arrangement works to charge 3 of my Apple products in a space saving design and it also means that I can cut down on the number of cables used either at a desk or whilst travelling.

Just to clarify some points ....
1) You do not have to use the supplied 40w power brick and/or cable ( it's great to have these included). You can use any other power brick providing the power supplied is sufficient. I personally use an Anker 4 port power brick ( see photos ) which has got a 45w usb c outlet as well as a 20w USB c and 2 other A outlets. This powers the 3-in-1 from the 45w outlet AND my iPad Air from the other usb C outlet. Anker recommends 30w as the minimum requirement to charge all 3 products

2) When you plug in the power supply, a blue light will appear next to the socket. This will disappear after a few seconds if it deems there is enough power but will flash if it's not enough.

2) .... However, a standard Apple 20w power brick will show the flashing light but will still charge a phone on its own but not the Watch or AirPods. Bizarrely, however, 18w charge will not allow you to charge either the Watch or AirPods on their own without the phone even though the chart on the Amazon listing seems to imply that you can.

Despite this last oddity, it is a great product, if a little on the pricey side. Great for travelling and a nice compact fit for a travel tech bag.

This product charges the iPhone 15 Pro Max at excellent speed due to the Qi2 charging protocol.

It also charges the Apple Watch series 8 at a good speed but it is a little awkward placing the watch on the charger at the back as you have to straighten out the straps and still on a couple of occasions I have had the watch come away from the charger without realising it.

Have taken it travelling on a couple of occasions and its foldable design and fast charging make it the perfect travel charger. I now use it as my bedside charger also as the MagSafe is so strong even with a Pro Max phone with a relatively heavy Mous cover.

Would definitely buy again!

This expensive charger is meant to charge at the same time your iPhone and Apple watch, but it proved to be EXTREMELY slow in charging the phone, while the charging time for the Apple watch is acceptable.

It has a nice design and the materials appear of good quality, but the performances are really, really not worth the cost.

The power cable stopped functioning without any reasons and I needed to buy a new one. This product is really, really terrible.
